I would like to share the following regarding the college.
Having started its function in the year 1984, the college is serving the community for the past 40 years extending its services in all directions. More than 50% of the staff members are with the experience of more than 20 years and with those staff the students are moulded in a proper way to suit to the needs of the day. With the cooperation of the faculty and staff and with the abilities of the students under the guidance of the staff, the institution has received number of awards like State and National level awards for Chapter Chairman, Faculty, Student advisor, Best Student in Institution of Engineers IE(I), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Best Polytechnic award in National Service scheme (NSS). The students have also bagged gold medals in Vayusanic camps of NCC. We are proud to state that ours is the only self-supporting college offering NCC and the cadets of the college are well placed including the uniform services. The students are also placing records in the games and sports events conducted under Inter Polytechnic Athletic Association.
Every year considerable number of companies are conducting the campus interviews and the students are selected in number of companies and able to select their own choice for placement with lucrative salaries. Our Alumni’s are also appreciated by their employers for their best performances in their work.
Number of Programs are conducted like Environmental awareness, Women’s day, Youth Day, Engineers Day, Teachers Day and the like and students are participating in Rallies, Presenting papers and moving out successfully.
